The port congestion at Douala has been increasing over the last weeks, reaching up to 30 days and affecting our EURAF 4 line.

DELMAS will consequently implement an Emergency Port Congestion Surcharge as follows:

• From all origins to Douala
• All types of containers
• EUR 250 / USD 270 / GBP 185 per 20'
• EUR 350 / USD 380 / GBP 255 per 40'
• Application: May 1st, 2015 (B/L date), except for USA (May 6th, 2015, B/L date)

Please note that this Emergency Port Congestion Surcharge comes in addition to the current Port Congestion Surcharge, the amounts of which being as follows:

• From North Europe, East Med, West Med, North Africa, North America, Black Sea and Red Sea
• All types of containers
• EUR 350 / USD 450 / GBP 275 per 20'
• EUR 450 / USD 580 / GBP 353 per 40'
